graduated with honours in 1996 from Morlacchi Conservatory in Perugia with Francesco Pepicelli. She continued her studies with Mario Brunello (Accademia Chigiana of Siena), Marianne Chen (Centro Sammarinese Studi Musicali), Rocco Filippini and, for chamber music, Pier Narciso Masi (Imola Musica Academy), Dario de Rosa and Franco Rossi.
She has been awarded many prizes in national and International competitions (Stresa, Lamezia Terme, Vittorio Veneto,) She started an intense series of cencerts, playing with many ensembles (Solisti Aquilani, Umbria Chamber Orchestra, Orchestra of Rome and Lazio as "concertino") and performing for important associations ("Amici della Musica" in Perugia, "Amici della Musica" in Avellino, "Sagra Musicale Umbra", "Amici della Musica" in Novara).
Thanks to her great dedication to chamber music, she has played in the USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, Austria, France, with many different groups from quartet to sextet
In 1996 she founded Nahars Trio playing most of the repertoire written for this formation. Many contemporary composers dedicated to them some original music (Marocchini, D'Antò, Baggiani, Bruzzese).
For the label Bottega Discantica she has recorded Mozart's and Brahms' Quintet for clarinet and string quartet, and this was broadcast on the international channel "Euroradio" from the Quirinale of Italian Republic.
In 2007 she obtained her Academic Degree at the "Istituto Musicale Pareggiato Briccialdi" in Terni with top marks and in 2010 she obtained the qualification to teach.
In 2000 she approaches ancient music, discovering a true passion for this repertoire and this type of approach. Then, she starts to study the baroque instruments, attending the Scuola Civica of Milan with Gaetano Nasillo and then, continuing her studies study to acquire deeper knowledge of the composers of this period. A founding member of the Hermans Baroque Academy, she records with this ensemble numerous CDs for Bongiovanni, Tactus, Bottega Discantica Brilliant Classic.
In 2003 she joined the Quartetto di Roma, and took part in many European festivals. In 2008 she had concerts and she taught masterclass for the academy of fine art in Singapore. In 2010 and in 2011 she was invited to perform for the prestigious Filarmonica of Berlin. In Spain in 2010 she had the honour of playing the priceless Stradivari at Palacio Real of Madrid. Between November and December 2014 she will record three new CDs: I colori sacrifice di Vivaldi with The soprano Roberta Mameli; Mozart: two of the 6 quartets dedicated to Haydn and the suite for clarinet and string Quartet of Busoni.
